Upon payment for services, you will retain ownership of the final designs, content, and other deliverables provided by The MBE Program. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or materials used during the course of our services.

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

The MBE Program will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.
